We are dedicated to preserving the rich heritage and unique architecture of West Orange County. Since 1994, we have been at the heart of historic downtown Winter Garden's preservation and revitalization efforts.

Our mission is to preserve the heritage and architecture of West Orange County while creating new cultural experiences. Since 1994, we have played a vital role in the preservation and revitalization of historic downtown Winter Garden. We aim to foster an understanding of the social, cultural, economic, and environmental transformations that have shaped our area.
The Foundation was formed to save Winter Garden’s historic Edgewater Hotel from demolition. Today, we continue to lead efforts in historic preservation through our three key locations in Winter Garden:

ABOUT WINTER GARDEN
Nestled on the picturesque shores of Lake Apopka, just 30 minutes west of Orlando, Winter Garden is home to over 45,000 residents and a treasure trove of West Orange County heritage. The Downtown Historic District, centered on the bustling West Orange Trail, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
